Thursday the 23rd of February, Restaurant Bøf & Ost gives you a unique opportunity to taste some of the world's best beef and compare the various cuts. On this night, you will able to taste three different types of meat, all focused on the delicious beef and its many possibilities. Butcher Genz tells you story´s on how the meat made its way to the plate, so there will be an opportunity to acquire new knowledge about the beef that is served, and an opportunity to ask the butcher questions. For the different dishes, we recommend three good glasses of wine, which is carefully selected to the courses.

This year, Restaurant Bøf & Ost has held many successful events, both at the charming Graabroedre Square and inside our classic French restaurant.
