About Bøf & Ost
The houses on Gråbrødretorv south side is the old fire houses that were constructed after the Great Fire of year the 1728th In the oldest house in No. 13, located Restaurant Bøf & Ost, which has large white umbrellas and comfortable bamboo chairs at the large outdoor terrace in summer. The terrace was the first outdoor restaurant in Denmark.
The restaurant is beautiful with the floor of Oland stone, whitewashed walls and cushions of provence fabric. In winter roaring open fireplace and offers a warm welcome in this cozy setting. The Bøf & Ost, we wanted to create a restaurant with a relaxed and informal atmosphere where our guests can feel welcome.
It is important to us that our customers can always feel safe on the quality of what we serve. Therefore we use only the freshest premium ingredients in our kitchen. Bøf & Ost's menu follows the seasons and is known for always having special quality ingredients, for example. chanterelles and morels gathered by our own mushroom pickers.
